E4 is in a battle with Channel five and ITV2 for the remake of the hit 90's show Beverly Hills 90210.
The show which made stars of Luke Perry, Shannon Doherty and Tori Spelling....not forgeting my fave, Jason Priestley. This new remake has been a hit in the US already giving channel CW it's biggest ever viewing figures, beating out top show Smallville.

Smallville, the hit US show has been a fan favourite here in the UK for a few years now. Starring Tom Welling as the teenage Superman Clark Kent, the show shows how Superman came to be what we all know him to be. From season 1 when Clark was introduced to us, the show has gone on to show his growing up through his teenage years, and how he battled his inner demons as well as his arch enemy, Lex Luther.
